Returns & Exchanges
CreAtivZ works to ensure that every transaction on our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards. We also value our customers and their requirements and put our best efforts to enhance our customer experience and satisfaction.
As a policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges on products that are delivered in proper condition as per the order placed. However, if the product is wrongfully delivered, (the product doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation) or has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect then we are open to extending a full refund or re-fulfilling your order or any other appropriate resolution from our side.
Please also note that our products are all handmade, and there could be slight variations from one product to another, which are part of the inherent nature of the product-making process, and these will not be considered defects.
Products that are eligible for return (only damaged products with clear pictures), can be returned within 7 days of receiving the merchandise. Fragile items are not eligible for returns.
The product should be returned in original packing without any damage or any kind of tampering and should be well packed to avoid any damage in transit.
No liability for shipping delays. CreAtivZ uses 3rd party courier services and is not liable for delays in shipping. We share the approximate number of days required for delivery. We also extend the best support possible to ensure that the products reach customers as soon as possible. For any time-sensitive orders, please reach out to the customer team to find out more.
To return or exchange a defective or wrongfully delivered product or report a damage in transit, please get in touch with our Customer Care within 24 hours of delivery:
- By telephone, at +91 8291604766 between 10.00 AM to 5.00 PM IST on business days.
- By mailing, at firstname.lastname@example.org your order number, date of transaction, delivery address, and image of the wrongfully delivered or defective item.
Our customer care team will look into the issue and revert within 48 working hours.
Exchanges & refund policy
Given the nature of our products, we reserve the sole right to provide the resolution to any situation as we deem fit. Each return and exchange request is handled on a case-by-case basis, and we request you get in touch with our team for prompt resolution.
No refunds would be given if the customer has provided a wrong or incomplete shipping address, and/or if there are 3 failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency, and/or if the package is refused by the recipient.
Refunds will be made within 7-8 business days. If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase, and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.
